Acura Of Ramsey

I needed a new, was looking for a SUV and to stay in a certain price range. I seen 2 cars I was interested at Ramsey, so my family and I headed over. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by Norman. Asked what I was there for and with in a few minutes I was able to check out one of the cars I came to see (the other one had already sold that day). After checking out the car we went back to Norman's desk to see if we could work out the financials. After running the numbers the monthly payment was more than I was wanting to pay. Norman let us know there wasn't much wiggle room with the price of the car, but he was seeing what he could work out for me. He also checked their inventory to see if they had any SUVs that would work out better for me in my price range, but they didn't have anything. After taking the rest of my info and giving me his business card, he said go home think everything over we talked about and he would be in touch. I really didn't think I would hear back from Norman. The very next day Norman called me and had a couple of different options for me that put the car I was interested in more in my price range. One of the options really worked for me, and I was able to buy the car that day. Norman really went the extra mile for me, because he could have easily sold that car to anyone else, but he knew I really needed and wanted the car. He really worked out a good deal for, and I really appreciated that. If you are looking for an Acura, I definitely recommend seeing Norman at Acura of Ramsey. Great customer service and communication.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Acura of Ramsey. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Norman, one of the sales associates. He was friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. We explained we had an appointment to see a car that we found on their site & that we were looking to purchase it as a first car for our son. Norman went over everything with us in detail & answered all of our questions. We also appreciated that he took the time to go over all the features of the car with our son & explain everything so he understood it. At no time was Norman pushy. He didn’t rush us or try to persuade us in any way. Because of this, we felt comfortable & confident in our decision to buy a car from Acura of Ramsey that our son can drive safely for many years to come.

The folks at Acura of Ramsey were very nice to work with, especially since I had purchased my car from out of state. I would highly recommend working with Norman! He was professional and transparent and helped to answer any questions. He stayed in communication with me as well after purchasing the car to help wrap things up. If you are looking for great customer service, ask for Norm!

First off I just want to preface by saying I had the most horrible experience at another dealership prior to this visit. So I absolutely came into Acura of Ramsey skeptically. However my husband and I had a wonderful experience. We came in later in the evening as we drove all the way from Brooklyn and were treated kindly by all when we came in even with the late hour. We had our kids with us who were also treated kindly and even met a dog who was a delight. And the sale of our TLX felt completely transparent and went so smoothly and we had options that made our decision a no brainer. Thank you so much to Norm and everyone we interacted with, we would both highly recommend Acura of Ramsey! (And I don’t ever leave reviews).
